The Sarai Residences

Sarai Residences was born out of a simple observation: the modern professional is increasingly mobile, yet premium living remains anchored in rigid, bureaucratic, twelve-month leasing models. Remote executives, digital nomads, and corporate consultants were forced to choose between the sterile, impersonal nature of luxury hotels or the administrative stress and sub-par quality of standard furnished rentals. We envisioned a borderless portfolio of luxury sanctuaries in major U.S. cities, managed entirely through intuitive application logic.
